Distinctive Inns of Oregon is a marketing and networking group of professional innkeepers who have the highest standards in the industry. Our innkeepers and staff pride themselves on paying special attentionn to detail; in aiming to exceed guest expectations.

General Guidelines
DI welcomes into membership full-time, professional bed & breakfast inns that display the highest standards: warm hospitality, impeccable housekeeping, creative cuisine, attentive service, imaginative décor and pampering amenities.

Membership Requirements

• Inn must be full-time, professionally operated.
• Inn must display scenic, historic or architectural significance.
• Breakfast must be included in room rate (whether full table service, extended continental or delivered to room, the unique experience is most important).
• There is no limit to the number of guest rooms, but all rooms must have private baths. (Exemptions for historic properties will be considered.)
• Inn must exhibit the highest standards of hospitality, service, housekeeping, décor and cuisine.
• Property must be well maintained in all areas.
• Inn must have Internet Website and other marketing tools as approved by Advisory Board..
• Inn must have all required licenses and permits current.
• Inn must carry Commercial Liability Insurance.
• Owners, innkeepers, managers, and/or selected staff agree to visit other member inns for networking, marketing and referral purposes.
• Inn must be sponsored by two members in good standing.
